Loyalty Club members can call ahead to be placed on the Immediate Care list. Please note that this is not "an appointment," but a patient’s name will be placed on the waiting list prior to arriving at the center. Loyalty Club members also receive discounts and promotions from local businesses. You can sign up for our Loyalty Club card at any of our Immediate Care locations.

The Loyalty Club card offers members a call-ahead feature to be placed on the Immediate Care waiting list prior to arriving at the center. In addition, you will also receive special discounts and promotions at a variety of participating businesses like pharmacies, dental offices, gyms, spas and more! Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

• Call ahead service is available to registered Immediate Care Loyalty Club members only
• Loyalty Club ID number must be provided at the time of the call to be placed on waiting list; card must be presented at time of registration
• Call ahead program is o­ffered Monday through Friday between hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Call ahead program is not offered on weekends or holidays
• Same day calls only
• Patient must arrive at the facility within one hour of the call; if a patient does not arrive within one hour, his or her name will be removed from the waiting list
• Immediate Care reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the program at any time
• High acuity patients (those patients with potentially serious conditions such as chest pain, severe abdominal pain or excessive bleeding) will always be seen immediately, regardless of waiting list
